FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Sunningdale is a non-buggy course. Buggies are only permitted if a medical certificate or doctors note is provided. It is a Club Policy that a Caddy must drive the buggy at all times, therefore the total cost is £110.
Sunningdale can provide Caddies for your round. They cost £80 per round, including tip. This must be paid on the day directly to the Caddy in CASH. If you would like to reserve a Caddy for your round please contact the Caddie Master on 01344 620128.
Clubs can be hired from the Pro Shop at a cost of £50. You can choose from the latest Callaway or Titleist models. If you would like to reserve a set please contact the Pro Shop on 01344 620128.
Men are required to wear jackets in the Dining Room. Smart casual wear is required in the bars. Jeans are NOT ALLOWED in the Clubhouse or on the courses. Tailored shorts may be worn at the Club provided they are worn with either plain coloured knee length socks or white sport socks that cover the ankle. You may arrive changed for golf but no metal spiked golf shoes may be worn in the bar.
GREEN FEE TIMINGS
Guest bookings will be taken Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability and bank holidays. Groups can play between 8.04am – 10.30am and 12.40pm – 3.32pm in the Summer. Winter timings change depending on daylight.
Only players with certified club handicaps are allowed to play (maximum of 18 for men and 24 for ladies). The courses are not suitable for novice or beginners. A current Handicap Certificate must be produced when signing in.
HOW TO BOOK A GREEN FEE
For groups of 3 or 4 you can book through out online booking system. However this will only give you selected tee time availability. Alternatively, visitors can contact our reservations team on 01344 621681 or email email@example.com for any enquiry.
Items of clothing and shoes left behind will be stored for 3 months and if claimed will be subject to a £10 administration charge to cover postage. Items will be posted on receipt of payment and a full address.
Use of mobile phones is forbidden on the Golf Courses as well as in the Clubhouse and surrounding area. Mobiles may only be used in the changing room or car park.
In the Summer time the Clubhouse opens from 7.30am, with last orders at 7.15pm to close at 8pm. Winter hours do differ. The Pro Shop opens at 7.30am in the Summer and Winter. However, the Pro Shop closes at 6pm in the Summer and 5pm in the Winter.
All guests must play from the Yellow Tees. Ladies will play from the Red Tees.
Push trollies are available to hire from the Pro Shop at a cost of £5 per round. Unfortunately, we do not have any electric trollies on site to hire.
