FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Sunningdale is a non-buggy course. Buggies are only permitted if a medical certificate or doctors note is provided. It is a Club Policy that a Caddy must drive the buggy at all times, therefore the total cost is £110.
Sunningdale can provide Caddies for your round. They cost £80 per round, including tip. This must be paid on the day directly to the Caddy in CASH. If you would like to reserve a Caddy for your round please contact the Caddie Master on 01344 620128.
Clubs can be hired from the Pro Shop at a cost of £50. You can choose from the latest Callaway or Titleist models. If you would like to reserve a set please contact the Pro Shop on 01344 620128.
All visitors are required to maintain a standard of dress in keeping with the character and standing of the Club. Tailored shorts may be worn with sport socks and golf shoes. Golf attire may be worn in the clubhouse however Men are requested to wear a jacket /blazer in the dining room. Jeans are NOT ALLOWED either in the Clubhouse or on the Course. You may arrive changed for golf but no metal spiked golf shoes may be worn in the bar.
GREEN FEE TIMINGS
Guest bookings will be taken Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability and bank holidays. Groups can play between 8.04am – 10.30am and 12.40pm – 3.32pm in the Summer. Winter timings change depending on daylight.
All players are required to hold a current club handicap with a maximum of 18 for men, and 24 for ladies. The Courses are not suitable for novice golfers or beginners. A Handicap Certificate must be produced when signing in.
HOW TO BOOK A GREEN FEE
For groups of 3 or 4 you can book through out online booking system. However this will only give you selected tee time availability. Alternatively, visitors can contact our reservations team on 01344 621681 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for any enquiry.
Items of clothing and shoes left behind will be stored for 3 months and if claimed will be subject to a £10.00 administration charge to cover postage, and will be posted on receipt of a payment and postal address.
The use of mobile phones is not permitted on the Golf Courses or Club House and surrounding area. Mobile phones may only be used for voice calls in the telephone box (under the stairs), or in the car park.
In the Summer time the Clubhouse opens from 7.30am, with last orders at 7.15pm to close at 8pm. Winter hours do differ. The Pro Shop opens at 7.00am in the Summer and closes at 7.00pm. Winter hours do differ.
All guests must play from the Yellow Tees. Ladies will play from the Red Tees.
Push trolleys are available to hire from the Pro Shop at a cost of £5 per round. Unfortunately, we do not have any electric trolleys on site to hire.
