BOOKING CONDITIONS

UPON ARRIVAL

Guests should check-in for their round in the Pro Shop, where a current handicap certificate must be presented. Once in the Clubhouse we request that guests make themselves known to a member of staff in the Critchley Room and proceed to the visitors changing room on the first floor.

HANDICAP

Only players with certified club handicaps are allowed to play. Minimum of 18 for men and 24 for women. The Courses are not suitable for novice golfers or beginners. A current Handicap Certificate must be presented when signing in. 

DRESS CODE

All visitors are required to maintain a standard of dress in keeping with the character and standing of the Club. Tailored shorts may be worn with sport socks and golf shoes. Golf attire may be worn in the clubhouse however Men are requested to wear a jacket /blazer in the dining room. Jeans are NOT ALLOWED either in the Clubhouse or on the Course. You may arrive changed for golf but no metal spiked golf shoes may be worn in the bar.

PAYMENT

Green Fees must be prepaid and payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date or if made within 30 days of play must be fully prepaid prior to arrival to confirm the reservation.

Payment can be settled via debit/credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

CANCELLATION

There will be no refund for green fees cancelled within THREE MONTHS of play. Subject to availability, cancellations may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking date.

COURSE ORDER

On Mondays one course is designated the two ball course until 12.30 pm. Please check when booking a tee time.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Green Fee includes breakfast on arrival for guests playing before 12.00 noon and afternoon tea for guests playing after. Guests playing both courses in one day will receive both breakfast and afternoon tea. Lunch can be purchased and hot food is available from 12.00pm to 5.00pm.

The halfway house is situated after the 10th hole on both courses and is open to 5.30pm during summer months, serving a selection of refreshments and hot and cold snacks.
